Invite and permissions
AIO needs specific Discord permissions to run your enabled features. Granting them at invite time avoids broken welcome messages, missing logs, or moderation actions that fail silently.
How to invite#
Invite only from Servers in the dashboard (Setup and marketing CTAs send you there). Do not use third-party invite links—you may get an outdated permission set or the wrong application.
After authorization, confirm AIO appears in your server member list and that your account can open Dashboard → Servers for that guild.
Recommended permissions#
The invite screen requests Administrator plus a scoped permission set tuned to what AIO needs. Administrator is pre-checked for convenience—you can uncheck it on the invite screen and keep the scoped permissions below if you prefer a narrower grant. Key capabilities include:

If you customize permissions on the invite screen, some features may not work until you fix role or channel overrides.
Bot role placement#
In Server Settings → Roles, drag AIO’s role above any roles it must assign or manage. If the bot role is lower than a target role, auto roles and reaction roles will fail for that role.
Channel overrides#
Denying Send Messages, Embed Links, or Manage Messages for AIO in a specific channel blocks features tied to that channel—welcome posts, ticket creation, or logs. Check channel permission sync if one feature works elsewhere but not in one room.
