Troubleshooting

Fix common problems with AIO offline, missing commands, permissions, and dashboard access.

Bot appears offline#

1. Confirm AIO is still in the member list. If not, re-invite from Servers.
2. Check Discord Status for platform outages.
3. Wait a few minutes after invite—shard connection can lag briefly.
4. If still offline, contact Support with your server ID.

Bot online but features do nothing#

1. Review Invite and permissions—especially Manage Roles, Manage Channels, and Send Messages.
2. Move AIO’s role above roles it must assign.
3. Check channel overrides: deny rules for AIO block welcome, logs, and tickets in those channels.
4. Confirm the feature is enabled in Dashboard → Servers → {Guild} → {Tab}.

Slash commands missing#

1. Open Commands to see expected command names.
2. Ensure the bot has applications.commands scope (use the official Servers invite).
3. Global command updates can take up to an hour; try kicking and re-adding the bot only after checking permissions.
4. Verify the member has Discord permission to use slash commands in that channel.

Welcome or logs not posting#

1. Confirm the target channel still exists and AIO can Send Messages and Embed Links there.
2. Re-save settings on Dashboard → Servers → {Guild} → Welcome (or Logging).
3. Test with a new join; edited welcome text does not retroactively message existing members.

Auto roles or reaction roles fail#

1. Bot role must be above assigned roles in Server Settings → Roles.
2. Managed roles (integrations, bot roles) cannot be assigned—pick normal member roles.
3. For reaction roles, allow Add Reactions and Read Message History in the roles channel.

Tickets not opening#

1. Enable tickets and create at least one panel: Dashboard → Servers → {Guild} → Tickets.
2. Free tier: one open ticket per user—close an existing ticket before opening another.

Dashboard cannot save settings#

1. Check your connection; retry after refresh.
2. Confirm you still have Manage Server on the guild.
3. Validation errors usually appear inline—fix highlighted fields (invalid channel, missing role).

Billing or Pro waitlist#

1. Use Dashboard → Billing for plan status and waitlist—not Pricing.
2. Each guild upgrades separately; see Subscription basics.
