Privacy and your data
AIO processes Discord server and account data so features work—welcome messages, tickets, moderation cases, logs, and dashboard settings. This page summarizes what you should know as a server owner; the legal details are in our Privacy Policy.
What data AIO uses#
Typical data includes:
- Discord identifiers — user IDs, guild IDs, channel and role IDs needed to run commands and store settings
- Configuration you set — feature toggles, messages, rules, and channels from the dashboard
- Operational records — moderation cases, ticket transcripts, log entries, and XP totals while features are enabled
- Account linkage — your Discord login used to access the dashboard
AIO does not need your Discord password; authentication uses Discord OAuth.
Where data is stored#
Server configuration and feature data live in AIO’s secure infrastructure so the bot and dashboard stay in sync. Retention varies by feature and tier—for example moderation cases and logs have tier-based retention windows described in Moderation and Logging.
Third parties#
Discord is the platform where AIO operates; their terms and privacy policy apply to Discord itself. Payment processing for Pro (when available) uses providers shown at checkout on Dashboard → Billing.
