Subscription basics

AIO offers a capable Free tier for every server and a Pro tier with higher limits and advanced options. Billing is tied to your account and applied per guild when you upgrade.

Free tier#

All eleven features are available on Free with tier-specific limits— for example one ticket panel, two stat counters, five automod rules, and text-only welcome messages. See Pricing for a full comparison and each feature guide for Free vs Pro notes.

You do not need a paid plan to invite AIO or open the dashboard.

Pro tier#

Pro unlocks higher caps and premium options: more ticket panels, voice XP, image welcome cards, join-flood anti-raid, extended log retention, and more. Details are on Pricing and on individual feature pages such as Welcome and Leveling.

Per-guild billing#

Subscriptions are per Discord server (guild), not one payment for your entire account. Each server you upgrade has its own plan state. Free servers stay free until you choose to upgrade that guild.

Manage plans from Dashboard → Billing (/billing).

Pro waitlist#

During early access, Pro checkout may not be open for every server. If Pro is not yet available for your guild:

1. Open Dashboard → Billing
2. Join the Pro waitlist for the server you want to upgrade

You will be notified when Pro billing opens for that guild. The waitlist lives on the billing page—not on Pricing, which is for comparing plans only.

Privacy and cancellation#

Data handling is described in Privacy and your data and the site Privacy Policy. When Pro billing is active, cancellation and renewal terms appear in the billing UI.
