FAQ
Quick answers to common questions about AIO, the Free tier, and the dashboard.
General#
What is AIO?#
AIO is an all-in-one Discord bot with eleven features: welcome, tickets, stats, auto roles, reaction roles, profile, moderation, automod, anti-raid, logging, and leveling. See the Overview.
Do I need multiple bots?#
No. AIO replaces separate welcome, ticket, moderation, and leveling bots for most communities. Enable only the features you need per server.
Is AIO free?#
Yes. Free includes all eleven features with tier limits. Compare caps on Pricing.
Setup and dashboard#
How do I add AIO to my server?#
Open Servers, invite the bot, then configure your guild. Full steps: Get started.
Why is my server missing from the dashboard?#
You need Manage Server (or owner) on that guild and AIO must be invited. Re-invite from Servers if the bot was removed.
Where do I configure features?#
Dashboard → Servers → {Guild} → {Tab}. Tour: Dashboard tour.
Features#
How many features does AIO have?#
Eleven—listed in the Overview with links to each guide.
Which feature should I set up first?#
Many servers start with Welcome and Auto roles. See Guide: Welcome + auto roles.
Are ticket panels available on Free?#
Yes. Free includes one ticket panel and one open ticket per member at a time. Details: Tickets.
Billing and Pro#
How does Pro billing work?#
Pro is billed per guild. Manage subscriptions at Dashboard → Billing (/billing). See Subscription basics.
Where is the Pro waitlist?#
Join from Dashboard → Billing, not from the Pricing page. Pricing is for comparing plans; the waitlist is in the billing UI when checkout is not yet open for your server.
When will Pro be available?#
Waitlist order and rollout timing are communicated through the billing page and email when your guild becomes eligible.
Commands and help#
