Commands and support
Use the command reference for slash syntax and the support hub when you need help from the AIO team.
Command reference#
The live catalog of slash commands, subcommands, and options is on Commands. It reflects what AIO registers for your deployment—search by feature name (tickets, moderation, leveling, profile, and others).
Tips:
- Commands require the bot to be online and invited with correct permissions
- Some commands are staff-only or need Discord role permissions in addition to dashboard setup
- Feature guides (Welcome, Tickets, etc.) explain which commands matter for each area
Dashboard support#
Open Support signed in with the same Discord account you use for Dashboard → Servers. Include:
- Server name and what you tried
- Feature tab (for example Tickets or Automod)
- Screenshots or message IDs if reporting incorrect behavior
Support is for customer issues—not internal operator documentation.

Before opening a ticket:

- Troubleshooting — bot offline, permissions, commands missing
- Get started — invite and first-time setup
