Stats
Stats (stat counters) display live numbers in dedicated voice or text channels—member counts, humans vs bots, channel totals, and other metrics you configure.
What it does#
AIO updates channel names or display values on a schedule so your community always sees current totals without running external bots. Counters are useful on server listings, hub servers, and large communities where social proof matters.
Each counter ties to a metric type and a target channel. When membership changes, the displayed value refreshes according to your interval settings.
Dashboard path#
Dashboard → Servers → {Guild} → Stat counters
Create counters, pick the metric, assign the channel, and enable the ones you want active. Disable or delete counters you no longer need to stay within tier limits.
Key settings#
| Setting | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Active stat counters | Up to 2 | Up to 20 |
| Metric types | Core member/channel stats | Expanded set on Pro |
| Update interval | Configurable within tier | Configurable |
Name channels clearly (for example #members-1234) so moderators know AIO manages them—avoid manual renames that fight the bot.
Choosing counters#
Popular setups include total members, humans-only counts (excluding bots), and channel totals for showcase categories. Start with one or two counters on Free—you can run up to 2 active stat counters before needing Pro for more.
Place stat channels where visitors look first (server browser, info hub). Because AIO renames or updates channels, avoid using the same channel for conversation; dedicated voice or locked text channels work best.
Maintenance#
If a counter sticks at an old value, verify the bot is online, the channel still exists, and AIO retains Manage Channels permission. After large bot purges or member wipes, counters self-correct on the next update cycle—no manual reset required in most cases.
Compare tier caps on Pricing if you outgrow two counters.
Permissions reminder#
Stat counters update channel names or topics—AIO needs Manage Channels in those channels. If updates stop, check Invite and permissions before deleting and recreating counters.
