Profile
Profile lets members show a customizable card or summary in your server—display name flair, stats you enable, and guild-specific profile fields configured by admins.
What it does#
When enabled, members use profile commands to view their own or others’ profiles in context of your guild. Admins control which fields appear, whether profiles are public in the server, and how profiles interact with Leveling stats if both features are on.
Profiles are per-server: the card composes fields from across your bot's features within a single guild. AIO does not aggregate profiles across servers.
Dashboard path#
Dashboard → Servers → {Guild} → Profile
Toggle the feature, configure visible fields and styling options available on your tier, and save. Test with a staff account before announcing to the whole server.
Key settings#
| Setting | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Guild profile command | Yes when enabled | Yes |
| Custom fields / display | Per dashboard | Expanded on Pro |
Profiles respect Discord permissions—members cannot profile-scrape data they cannot already see in channels.
Related features#
- Leveling — XP and rank may appear on profile views when linked
- Welcome — mention
/profilein onboarding so members discover it - Moderation — moderation actions are separate from profile display
What to show members#
Decide which fields help your community—level from Leveling, join date, custom blurbs, or badges you enable in the dashboard. Avoid exposing staff-only notes in public profile fields.
Announce /profile in Welcome or #rules so members discover the command. Profiles work best when Leveling or other features feed them meaningful stats rather than empty defaults.
Privacy notes#
Profiles display guild-scoped data you configure. They do not bypass Discord privacy—users who hide activity still follow Discord’s own visibility rules. Read Privacy and your data for retention context.
Profiles are scoped to each server you run AIO in; data is never shared or aggregated across servers.
Enablement reminder#
The /profile command appears only after you enable the feature on Dashboard → Servers → {Guild} → Profile. If members report “unknown command,” confirm the feature toggle and that command sync finished after invite.
